For my Spring Into Summer Slim Down program - Schedule time in the morning for your self care morning routine. First thing to do when you wake up is to weigh in. I sincerely feel that getting into to the habit of weighing yourself daily when you are focusing on losing weight is important. Then hydrate with water. Stay hydrated by drinking water at least 30 minutes before you begin an intense physical portion of your yoga practice. This gives your body time to absorb the water and properly hydrate and cleanse your body.
This is a great time to do some slow stretches and meditate to then create your intentions for the day. Visualize the body you want to create. Let me know what works for your self care in the morning.
