Yoga Flava Silva Session is the latest evolution of Robin's Yoga practice. Inspired by being over 50, with silver locks and the main caregiver for her 85 year old father. This one hour, gentle chair yoga session will embrace the spirit of love, opening the heart chakra to caregiving for elders. Chairs provided (no mats needed)
