Morning Nutrition Extraction For Breakfast.

Morning nutrition helps me to feel better when I start my day with a great breakfast!  I believe that each of us have our own chemistry and need to understand what recipe our personal body type needs.

My current morning choice, as I Spring Into Summer focusing on weight loss, is nutrient extraction for easily absorbed superfoods to achieve optimal health.  In our busy world, we often don't take time to eat healthfully or properly chew what we eat.  

I enjoy the Nutribullet Superfood Nutrition Extractor And Blender (Google Affiliate Ad), for the nutrient extraction feature and the fact that it is a small machine that fits in my small kitchen.

Your body needs energy to perform.  So fuel up and go for it!

Self Care Morning Routine: Wake - Weight? - Hydrate - Meditate - Create

For my Spring Into Summer Slim Down program - Schedule time in the morning for your self care morning routine.  First thing to do when you wake up is to weigh in.  I sincerely feel that getting into to the habit of weighing yourself daily when you are focusing on losing weight is important.  I love utilizing the weight tracker at http://www.everydayhealth.com/profile/YogaFlava

Then hydrate with water.  Stay hydrated by drinking water at least 30 minutes before you begin an intense physical portion of your yoga practice. This gives your body time to absorb the water and properly hydrate and cleanse your body.

This is a great time to do some slow stretches and meditate to then create your intentions for the day.  Visualize the body you want to create. Let me know what works for your self care in the morning.

Yoga Flava In The Park NYC, Spring Into Summer Series 2013

 
Yoga Flava in the Park NYC: On Saturdays
Countdown to the Summer Solstice 2013.
Let's get ready for summer together!
Saturday Series in the Park and Penthouse After Glow Mixer

I have space for exactly 6 people to join me for a group session in Riverside Park. If it rains we can do meditation and pranayama in the Penthouse. The group will gather in the lobby of 235 W. 102nd Street (Between B'way and West End Ave.) in time for departure to the park at exactly 11:00am. We will enjoy Yoga in the Park from 11:15am - 12:15pm

Penthouse After Glow: 12:30pm - 1:30pm After the Yoga Flava session in the park, join me at the Penthouse to reflect and refresh. Once again only space for 6 people at a time and your name with be at the front desk for security. Bring your own Water, Juice, Healthy Snack. There is a juice bar that I usually stop at after the park (Otherwise, we can coordinate Pot Luck)
