Take A Deep Breath

Take A deep breath and dive deep inside.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly...

Deep diaphragmatic breathing ...

An awakening, into being ... mindfulness ... being present 💝 

Which is what I did on my hiatus...

Slowly returning to be of service to a larger part of my community.




Sometimes slowing down and allowing ... things to come to you.
