Journal Your Summer Memories Gratefully [VIDEO]

Gratitude or Happiness Journals can retrain your mind to focus on the positive.  Put a new spin on the gratitude journal and spend 20 to 30 minutes (or longer, if you like) writing about each of your top 10 favorite memories from summer.
The act of writing accesses your left brain, which is analytical and rational. While your left brain is occupied, your right brain is free to create, intuit, and feel. Journaling about positive memories from your summer can evoke a state of mindfulness as you close the chapter on summer and focus on the present.

Caregiving - Yoga Flava Style | Self Care First

The best advice I have received once I let people know that I needed to increase my role as caregiver for my Dad, was to make sure to take care of myself and to get as much help as I can.

Self Care First !

Never give from the depths of your well but from the overflow - Sufi

Put your own oxygen mask on first.
